Who is this retreat for?
The Reset: Grenada is designed for Black physicians and health professionals — with psychiatrists as the bull's-eye, but we welcome all physicians, dentists, social workers, therapists, and health-adjacent professionals. If you heal people for a living and you've been neglecting your own restoration, this is for you. A valid passport is required.
Do I have to be a psychiatrist to attend?
Not at all. Past attendees have included physicians across specialties, therapists, social workers, and other health professionals. The community is united by shared experience — the weight of caring for others — not by specialty or credential.
Can I use my CME funds to pay for this?
Yes — and please do. The retreat includes a minimum of 8 accredited CME credits with no exams required. We'll provide personalized invoices with the exact language your employer's HR or finance team needs for reimbursement. Because food and ground transportation are included in your retreat cost, you don't need to track or submit those receipts separately.
What exactly is included in the price?
Everything on the island: 4 nights beachfront accommodation, all meals and drinks, airport pickup and drop-off, all ground transportation, all experiences and excursions, CME programming, healing circles, retreat materials, and access to the pre-arrival and post-retreat community. The only things not included are your flights to/from Grenada and tips for our team.
How does the deposit work?
A $250 deposit per person secures your spot and your room. Full payment information and deadlines will be provided upon registration. Spots are limited and are held on a first-deposit basis — once the retreat is full, we cannot add additional spaces.
What if I don't have a roommate for the double option?
We can help. Our pre-arrival WhatsApp community is a great place to connect with other attendees who are also looking for a roommate. Reach out to us and we'll do our best to pair you with someone compatible.
What is the post-retreat community accelerator?
After the retreat, you don't just go back to your regular life alone. Our community-based accelerator offers ongoing support, connection, and virtual circles to help you sustain the restoration and clarity you build in Grenada. Details will be shared closer to the retreat date.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds. However, you may transfer your spot to another eligible attendee before the final payment deadline. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if your plans change.
